Pre-Construction Manager

Join our team as a Pre-Construction Manager to aid customers from idea phase, to complete and permitted construction plans. This role is crucial in ensuring our projects start strong and set up for success.
The Role
You’ll manage the pre-construction phase of our projects, working closely with clients, architects, and our construction teams to develop comprehensive project plans and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design and permitting phases with clients, architects, and consultants.
- Review architectural plans and provide constructibility and cost feedback
- Develop detailed project estimates and budgets
- Identify and mitigate potential construction challenges early
- Prepare subcontractor bid packages and analyze proposals
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of pre-construction experience in residential construction
- Proficiency in construction estimating.
- Proficient in takeoff software; ideally Bluebeam.
- Experience with progress design review and value engineering
- Knowledge of the local permitting processes
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
