We start by listening. Tell us your goals, constraints, and timing, and we map them against scope and budget.

Architectural and engineering decisions get aligned before we touch the site. Every detail is documented in JobTread.

Proposal & Budgeting
Wk 6–10
A scoped proposal with transparent line-item pricing. Every markup is on the page, and change orders never show up as a surprise.

Execution & Craft
Mo 2–10
Specialized subcontractors work under direct construction-manager supervision, with quality checks at every phase. You never have to chase us for status: daily logs, photo updates, and milestone-based payment requests live in your JobTread portal.

Welcome Home
Final walk
A pre-handoff walk-through and punch list. We close every item before we close the project. Final handoff includes a one-year fit-and-finish warranty, and we're the call you make if anything's off after move-in.
