The Role

You’ll oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to our high-quality standards. This position offers growth potential as we continue to expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities
• Meet with subcontractors before they begin to review their scope, time frame, and materials needed.
• Communicate daily and proactively with the project manager to ensure project stays on track and issues are handled promptly.
• Ensure the job site stays extra safe and clean.
• Execute project schedules
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks
• Maintain detailed daily logs with photos until project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers and office team
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of residential construction superintendent experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proven technology skills and experience with construction management software
• Excellent project planning and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
