The Role
You’ll manage our office operations while acting as a crucial link between our field teams, clients, and management. This is an opportunity to help build the backbone of a growing construction company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth information flow
- Handle vendor relationships and maintain office supply inventory
- Process invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain project documentation and filing systems
- Assist with HR functions including onboarding new team members
- Support client communication and coordinate schedules
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of office management experience (construction industry experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
- Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
